Strength & Conditioning, Jazz Choreography, Jazz Fusion, PBT
Own choice of crop top/leotard, leggings/dance shorts
Adult ballet and Silver Swans
Own choice of leotard/sports top, tights/leggings, ballet shoes and optional ballet skirt. Nothing too baggy.
Line Dance
You are welcome to wear whatever you feel comfortable dancing in, the only request is that you bring a separate pair of clean shoes to change into as we try to keep the studio floor as clean and hygienic as possible for our younger dancers who often have to sit and lie on the floor. A pair of clean trainers (or dare I say it: cowboy boots) would be ideal!
Heels Class
Choose something that makes you feel good. Leggings or shorts under a short skirt are good choices but most importantly it must be something that you feel comfortable wearing that still allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement. Heels can be chunky or flared. Any type of booted heel is best for supporting the ankle and better than strappy heels.
Adult Jazz
Own choice of leotard/sports top/tight fitting t-shirt, leggings/dance shorts, jazz shoes/jazz sneakers
