Commercial
Our commercial dance classes are energetic, loud, fierce and fun!
Each week, you will be taught new, exciting choreography which brings together several genres such as jazz, hip hop and street dance into a high-quality, age-appropriate routine. Our classes are high-energy with a focus on developing confidence, co-ordination and rhythm.

ISTD Tap
Our ISTD syllabus classes follow a structured curriculum, helping dancers build strong technique and progress through internationally recognised dance grades.

Tiny Tappers
A fun and lively tap dance class designed especially for your little ones aged 3-5 years where your child will learn basic tap dance steps in a playful and encouraging environment. Mia will guide your tiny dancer through rhythm, movement and coordination exercises all while having a blast! Perfect for beginners, Tiny Tappers is a great way to boost confidence, develop motor skills, and spark a love for dance.

Musical Theatre
At our Performing Arts School, we offer engaging musical theatre classes for kids that inspire creativity and build confidence. These classes provide a unique opportunity for young performers to explore the vibrant world of theatre through singing, dancing, and acting. Led by experienced instructors, our curriculum covers essential techniques while encouraging self-expression and teamwork.
Whether your child is a budding star or simply looking to have fun, our musical theatre classes are designed to nurture their passion for the performing arts in a supportive and enthusiastic environment.

Strength and Conditioning
In these classses, students aged 11+ years will focus on work that will significantly enhance mobility, flexibility, posture and strength. You can expect a lot of dance-based movements, strength exercises such as lunges, squats and planks as well as lots of conditioning drills like jumping, balance work and sequences that challenge your stamina.

Heels Class
Our Heels classes for adults are all about empowerment & self-confidence, developing your strength and technique as well as focusing on individual style, and personality.
You will learn the basics of heels dance, including how to walk, turn and move fluidly with class and poise. This will then be put together to form a short routine.
This is a fabulous class in which to have fun learning routines and channelling your inner ‘queen’ in a safe, encouraging environment.

Line Dance
Join the fun with our lively line dance classes for adults, perfect for all skill levels! Learn classic and modern routines in a welcoming, energetic environment. Our line dance classes offer a great way to stay active, meet new friends, and groove to a variety of music styles – no partner needed!

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative training programme designed to enhance the understanding and execution of ballet movements. In a typical dance class, PBT focuses on developing strength, alignment, and muscle awareness, allowing dancers to improve their technical skills and overall performance.
By incorporating floor work and specific strengthening exercises, students gain a deeper insight into the mechanics of their bodies, leading to more efficient movement and injury prevention. As dancers engage with PBT techniques, they foster greater confidence in their abilities and learn to connect their artistic expression with a solid technical foundation.
