Our Range of Ballet Classes

RAD Children's Classes (Wednesdays and Thursdays)

Our children's ballet classes follow the internationally recognised Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, providing a structured and supportive environment for young dancers to develop their technique, musicality, and confidence. Students also have the opportunity to take RAD exams, though participation is entirely optional.

RAD Silver Swans - Ballet for over 55s (Fridays 11:00 - 11:45)

Our Silver Swans classes are specially designed for older learners, following the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus. These ballet classes focus on improving mobility, posture, coordination, and overall wellbeing in a fun, supportive atmosphere — no previous dance experience required.

Adult Ballet for Improvers (Wednesdays 6:45 - 7:45 pm)

Our adult ballet classes are perfect for students who have had a little experience in ballet and are looking to build on existing skills in a friendly, encouraging environment. Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality, with exercises adapted to suit all levels of experience. No prior ballet training is needed—just a willingness to move and enjoy the music!

Adult Ballet for Experienced Dancers (Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 pm)

Our adult ballet classes for experienced dancers offer a dynamic and challenging environment to refine technique, artistry, and performance quality. Designed for those with previous ballet training, these classes follow a structured format that includes barre and centre work, helping dancers maintain and deepen their skills in a supportive and inspiring setting.

Adult Ballet for Absolute Beginners (Mondays 7:45 - 8:30 pm)
New course beginning in April!

Our Adult Ballet Class for Absolute Beginners has been created especially for adults with no prior dance experience.  If you’ve ever been curious about ballet, wanted to improve your posture, or simply wished to try something new in a supportive environment, this class is for you.  Across 12 structured weekly sessions, you will be introduced to the fundamental principles of classical ballet in a clear, progressive way. We focus on building strong foundations — posture, alignment, turnout, coordination, and musicality — so that you develop correct technique from the start.  The pace is steady and supportive, with plenty of explanation and repetition to help you feel secure and capable.

This class is designed for dancers who have completed our Adult Ballet for Absolute Beginners course and are ready to build on their foundational skills with greater depth and confidence.  This class maintains a supportive and welcoming environment while offering the appropriate challenge for dancers progressing beyond the absolute beginner stage. It is ideal for those who want to consolidate their technique, increase fluidity of movement, and continue their ballet journey with structure and purpose.
