This is a class designed for people who always wanted to do ballet but never had the nerve to try and also those who did ballet as a child and would like to get back into it again.

Wednesday 6:45 - 7:45 pm
After an energetic warm up including cardio, stretching, strengthening exercises and dance technique, you will focus on a dance routine. I offer a range of routines in a variety of styles such as American Jazz, musical theatre, lyrical, Fosse and more in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is much more challenging than the Elderflowers classs on a Thursday and sometimes includes floorwork.
Wednesday 7:45 - 8:45 pm
These dance classes are great for people who want to get moving, mobilise joints, strengthen muscles and improve co-ordination within a group of friendly, like-minded ladies. It's aimed at the
over 55s but all ages are welcome.

Ballet is an excellent form of exercise that builds poise, elegance and suppleness so come and join our adult ballet class for experienced dancers which guarantees to use all the techniques and fundamentals of ballet with a healthy dose of fun.
This class is ideal for anyone with experience in ballet.

Silver Swans classes are designed specifically for people aged 55+ to keep you fit and active but all ages are welcome.
Whether you're an experienced dancers, have dabbled briefly or are a complete novice, we welcome all older learners of any ability to try the Silver Swans classes.
Open, fun and accessible, these classes will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination, and energy levels, no matter how old you are.
